At Simuero, we take pride in the handcrafted nature of our jewelry and want you to be completely satisfied with your unique piece. If your order isn't quite right, you can return or exchange your items within 14 days of delivery provided they are in their original, unworn condition.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer care team at hello@simuero.com with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization.
Prepare the Package
Place the jewelry in its original Simuero box and protective packaging to ensure it remains undamaged during transit.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked courier service to send the package back to our studio in Valencia, Spain.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our artisans inspect the piece to confirm its condition, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
